Smart Parking Arrives at BurJuman!
BurJuman Mall Launches Smart Ticketless Parking System: What Visitors Need to Know
Following the footsteps of major Dubai malls like Mall of the Emirates and Deira City Centre, BurJuman Mall has now implemented a smart ticketless and barrierless parking system, aimed at enhancing convenience and reducing congestion.
While the technology has seen a significant upgrade, parking charges remain unchanged. Visitors can enjoy three hours of free parking, after which a fee of Dh20 per additional hour (or part thereof) applies. Parking remains free on Sundays and public holidays.
How the New Parking System Works
BurJuman, one of Dubai’s most iconic malls, has moved to a fully automated parking experience using Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras. While entrance and exit barriers remain, they now lift automatically without requiring a ticket, thanks to real-time number plate scanning.
Visitors must validate their parking using on-site payment machines (cash/card/online options). No alerts are provided, so timely payment is the customer’s responsibility.
Updated Parking Rules at BurJuman Mall:
First 3 hours of parking are free

This upgrade makes BurJuman part of Dubai’s modern mobility vision, streamlining the parking experience with cutting-edge automation and visitor-friendly guidelines.
